Buckwheat with Lecho Transcarpathian

Ingredients for 4 servings:
  • Buckwheat whole grain from Mistral – 200gr
  • Lecho Transcarpathian from Uncle Vanya – 1 jar
  • Carrots – 1 pc
  • Onions – 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Green beans – 200gr
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sesame seeds – for serving
Buckwheat with Lecho Transcarpathian
Cooking Instructions

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking buckwheat with Lecho Transcarpathian according to the recipe by Uncle Vanya.

Chop the onion and carrot. Fry in a pan until golden brown for 5 minutes.

Add the beans and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add Lecho Transcarpathian from Uncle Vanya.

Wash the whole grain buckwheat from Mistral and add it to the vegetables. Fill with water at the rate of 2:1 to buckwheat. Add salt, cover with a lid and cook until the water boils completely for 10-12 minutes.

Leave the finished dish under the lid for 5 minutes, and then serve, garnished with herbs and sesame seeds.
